Management professionals of the Management Center have been advising and assisting clients within the government with setting up and managing complex programs of change since 1990.

In the publication, each of the fictional characters: Michel, Sylvia, Nynke, Fatima, Anant and Robert, have their own story. From these six storylines, one story about identities, transactions, and faith, emerges. The assignment was to visualize the connection between these characters through whom the story slowly unfolds. The different sizes and colors of the pages symbolize the various characters and lead the reader through the publication. Gijs Kast connected the various personalities with his drawing hand.
