The United Special Schools (VBS) is an association of around 500 special schools in the primary and secondary levels of education. The VBS helps its affiliated school boards with the realization of self organization and management.

The diversity of the affiliated schools forms the very basis of the new corporate identity. The design needed to combine individuality with businesslike mentality in a unique way, united into one shape. Simple, variable shapes and a fresh use of colors characterize this. These ingredients are then used in variable compositions to illustrate such items as the correspondence, folder covers and the VBS magazine. VBS, for schools with a distinct identity!
